Balraj Mann, CPA. CA., CEO, President & Director

Mr. Mann is a Chartered Accountant with over 38 years experience in corporate finance, acquisitions, and financial reporting for both private and public companies.

Mr. Mann served as senior manager with Price Waterhouse where he attained his CA designation. From 1989 to 2001 he was president of a private real estate development corporation completing industrial, commercial, single and multi-family high-rise residential projects in excess of $200 million. During this time, Mr. Mann was also an active participant in the corporate management of the Boundary Bay Airport in Delta, BC.  He was member of the advisory board of Accelerate Power Systems Inc., one of the early manufacturers of fast charging battery technology.  Mr. Mann has served as CEO, CFO and Director of several Canadian publicly traded companies.  Currently, Mr. Mann is a director, CEO and President of Pure Extraction Corp., a manufacturer of premium extraction equipment for the botanical oil industry.

Bruce E. Goad, P. Geol., M.Sc., Director

Mr. Goad has over 40 years experience in mineral exploration projects in Canada, China, Argentina, Asia and Africa. Mr. Goad’s master’s degree (M.Sc.) thesis was based on a four-year study of the pegmatitic granites in the Winnipeg River Area of Manitobaand is deeply familiar with lithium-bearing pegmatites such as those found on the Irgon Mine property.

Mr. Goad has worked on numerous deposit styles including porphyry, banded iron formation (BIF) gold deposits, skarn, greisens, rare element pegmatities, and volcanic massive sulphides.

Mr. Goad has authored several publications on pegmatite granitites of the south eastern Ontario, south Eastern Manitoba including Cat Lake, Winnipeg River and Wekusko Lake Pegmatite Fields.

Edward Low, CFO

Mr. Low has served as a chief financial officer, controller, and consultant in various publicly traded companies since 1998. Mr. Low has provided accounting services to numerous junior mining companies including those listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and the OTC:Bulletin Board.

Geoge Douvelos, BA, LLB as Director

Mr. Douvelos is a seasoned barrister with extensive commercial litigation practice. He began his legal career in South Africa after earning his law degree at the University of Johannesburg. Mr. Douvelos is a member of the B.C. and South Africa bar associations, and in 2021, was recognized as a national leader in commercial litigation.

Kevin Ernst, B.A., M.B.A., CIMA – Advisor

Mr. Ernst is CEO Ernst Capital Partners Inc., and was previously Managing Partner Grandview Capital Inc. a boutique investment banking firm.  During the 8 years he served as Managing Director of Equity Sales for the American Stock Exchange (AMEX), Mr. Ernst substantially increased the Exchange’s listed equities footprint in Canada and China.

Mr. Ernst received both his Bachelor’s and MBA in Finance degrees from Rutgers University. He also earned a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation through the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds both his Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.

Jim Dawson, P.Eng., – Advisor

Mr. Dawson is a registered professional engineer with 40 years of hands-on fieldwork experience examining, exploring and evaluating a wide range of geological and mineralized settings around the globe. During his career, Mr. Dawson participated in the discovery of the Blackdome Mine, Frasergold and Taurus Properties in British Columbia and the Big Horn Mine in Arizona. As part of the original Pan Ocean Team, he participated in the discovery of the Lac Cinquante uranium deposit in 1975. Mr. Dawson has served as President of Dawson Geological Services Ltd since 1985.

Steven Green, P. Geo., - Advisor

Mr. Green is a professional geologist with over 25 years of experience in base and precious metals exploration.  He has managed and prospected for senior mining companies including Freeport McMorran, Noranda, Santa Fe Pacific Gold, Cambior and Frontier God USA (acquired by Newmont Mining).

SGS Canada

SGS Canada provides technical support and consulting services for QMC’s Irgon Lithium Mine project, and are known across the world for excellence in exploration and mining.  SGS will be releasing a NI 43-101 resource estimate on size of the Irgon and adjacent dikes located within the property.
