February 7, 2018 Vancouver, British Columbia: QMC Quantum Minerals Corp., (TSX.v: QMC) (FSE: 3LQ) (OTC PINK: QMCQF) (“QMC” or “the Company”) has agreed to settle debt of approximately $805,000 owed to an arm’s length party through the issuance of 200,000 common shares and the payment of $330,000. The issuance of shares is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
